My approach offers you the opportunity to truly heal and evolve through counseling and support according to each person’s individual needs and circumstances. This personalized approach enables me to support you through your unique healing journey.
If needed, we may work with eating psychology to find emotions, stressors, and any other challenges through a positive and compassionate mind-body approach that has been developed to help you heal, accept, love and better yourself and your life. Or we may work with Brainspotting (BSP) a therapeutic tool for healing trauma. As we work together in this way, any source of stress and/or emotional distress become a place of exploration. Instead of seeing such challenges as something impossible to let go or to solve, they become opportunities for healing and growth.
