No energy drinks, supplements or coffee for me. I’d rather use one of these:

-Slowing down.

-Letting go of fear.


-Rest and down time (doing whatever is necessary to have at least some).

-Nourishment (good quality food, enjoyable activities, hobbies, friends).

-Quiet (to de-stimulate, to pray, to listen to my body).


-Being myself instead of pushing (Perfectionism and ego).




-Allowing love in and allowing it to flow.

-Letting feelings be.

-And of course having dinner earlier 😉


Choose to be kind and grateful.
